1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Fours Media (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing our website, engaging our services, or entering into any agreement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services
Fours Media LLC provides services including, but not limited to:
Video production
Photography
Social media content creation
Paid advertising management (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
Website design and development
Marketing strategy and consulting
All services will be defined in a separate proposal, scope of work, or agreement (“Project Agreement”).
3. Payment Terms
A. Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to begin most projects unless otherwise stated.
No work will commence until payment is received.
B. Remaining Balance
Remaining balances are due upon project completion or as outlined in the Project Agreement.
C. Monthly Services
Recurring services are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
Payment is due on the same calendar day each billing cycle.
D. Late Payments
Late payments may result in: Suspension of services Delayed deliverables Additional fees
4. Cancellations & Termination
A. One-Time Projects
Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
If the project is canceled, the client is responsible for payment of work completed.
B. Monthly/Retainer Services
A 30-day written notice is required to cancel ongoing services unless otherwise specified.
Services will continue through the notice period and will be billed accordingly.
C. Termination by Company
We reserve the right to terminate services if:
Payments are not made
Communication is consistently delayed
The working relationship becomes unproductive or inappropriate
5. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide timely communication (within 24–72 hours when required)
Supply necessary materials, approvals, and feedback
Ensure accuracy of all information provided
Delays in communication may impact timelines and deliverables.
6. Creative Control & Revisions
Fours Media retains creative direction authority unless otherwise specified.
Revisions are limited as defined in the Project Agreement.
Additional revisions outside scope may incur extra fees.
7. Intellectual Property
A. Ownership
Final deliverables are transferred to the client upon full payment.
Fours Media retains the right to use all work for: Portfolio Marketing Promotional purposes
B. Third-Party Assets
Any licensed assets (music, fonts, stock footage) remain subject to their respective licenses.
8. Advertising & Performance Disclaimer
For paid advertising services:
We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., revenue, leads, ROAS).
Performance depends on multiple external factors including: Market conditions Competition Budget Offer quality
We commit to best practices, optimization, and ongoing testing.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Fours Media LLC shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services rendered.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fours Media LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
Your use of our services
Content you provide
Violations of laws or third-party rights
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Power outages
Government actions
Internet or platform outages
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in California.
14. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
